Refund & Return Policy

EU Right of Withdrawal If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery of the last item in your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery by starting a request through your customer account at https://account.thewooftoys.com or by contacting us at info@thewooftoys.com.

Once you have notified us, you must return the items within 14 days. We will issue a full refund — including the cost of standard outbound shipping — within 14 days of receiving your return. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to items that have been used, damaged by pets, or are otherwise not in their original condition.

Returns & Exchanges (All Customers)

Stock items in original, unworn condition with original tags attached are eligible for a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery. Refund orders may be subject to restocking charges of 10–20% at our discretion.

To start a return, please use your customer account at https://account.thewooftoys.com or contact us at info@thewooftoys.com or on Instagram @thewooftoys. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method — this may take several business days depending on your provider.

Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs for returned or exchanged items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 5 days of receiving the product at info@thewooftoys.com to discuss your options.

Pet Damage

Our materials, like most things, are not resistant to being chewed by pets. We cannot be held responsible for damage caused by your pet.
